  Visited Houston and couldn't leave until I tried some shrimp. Lucky to find Bayou City Seafood & Pasta. Order the fried shrimp and vegetables, everything was fresh and nothing overcooked. The shrimp was succulent perfectly cooked. The spicy cajun seasoning did not over power the well prepared shrimp. The vegetables were even cooked well. My family ordered the shrimp poor boys. The sandwiches were generous portions. The prices seemed to be priced for the Houston Galleria area. For a out of town family vacation trip it was a great experience. Bayou City Seafood & Pasta represented you well Houston.

  I just had the best service ever visiting The Bayou City Seafood. My server was Adam and I must say I have not had such prompt courteous, friendly service and sometime and definitely had to leave a review so when you visit ask for Adam.

  Came in got the pasta apace and my goodness it was so salty. We did tell the waiter and he basically said that it’s because of the blackened chicken and shrimp and that’s all he said. Wow that’s how you teach your waiters customer service. The pasta skyrocketed my blood pressure so much that it gave me a headache. Maybe teach your waiters to ask if it could be remade or just give a refund because that’s insane. Left spending $70 and still hungry because we literally took 2 bites.

  If there were a Hall of Fame for servers, Dylan at Bayou City would have his own wing. We came in with three young daughters, which, let's be honest, is basically showing up to a restaurant with a small tornado warning in effect. Dylan didn't even flinch. From the moment we sat down, he was warm, funny, and made every single one of us feel like we were the most important table in the room. He was attentive without being hovering, kind without being over the top, and genuinely funny in a way that felt real, not rehearsed. He talked to our daughters like they mattered, and trust me, they noticed. Bayou City is lucky to have him. We'll be back, and yes, we'll be asking for Dylan's section. 10/10, no notes.
