I tested the ice cream and went to throw the spoon a way step back to order and the young gentleman took another gentleman's order I didn't mind because there was a young lady there so I thought she would help me but she just stood there got a second and then she walk to the back but then the a worker from one of the other stores walks in and goes to the ladies room and the basket Robbins works starts to make a shake with out anyone placing an order. I thought she must be helping her coworker with the gentleman ahead of me. Then the other worker comes out of the ladies room and after the Baskin Robin worker finished making the shake she calls her over to gives it to her. Afterwards she stands there and I don't say a word, I just look at here like I can't believe you just ignore me. Mind you by know I have been standing in the store for about 10mins. Then she walks over and say "Oh can I help you" like she just saw me, no apology. I know that she knew that I had been waiting for service because my son had placed his order and was seating at a table eating his ice cream. I told no that what she did was very unprofessional and she couldn't help me and asked for the manger. Was told that there was no manager available. I asked for name she told me it was Jennifer. Needless to say as bad as I wanted that ice cream I was not about to spend my money there.

Ordered a cake online and paid with my card, then get a call AFTER my card has been charged that the website had the wrong price and it would be more. I told them it was not my fault their website was wrong, so I should be sold the cake for the price it was shown for, and they refused. Now I'm being told I must wait 24-48 hrs for my card to be refunded the amount I paid, all for their screw up.

Although many of Baskin-Robbins’ flavors do not contain ingredients with gluten, and are marked as gluten-conscious*, they are NOT produced in a gluten free environment, which means there is always a chance for cross contact with gluten from other products in the manufacturing facility or restaurant. Can I redeem my birthday rewards at any Baskin-Robbins?
Most of our U.S. shops accept Birthday Club rewards, but not all. If you’re planning to use a Birthday Club reward, you may want to call your local shop first to see if they will accept it.
Can I sign up my children and other family members for the Birthday Club?
Yes. Each Birthday Club account can have only one primary person (age 13 and up); however, members can add up to 5 other family members to their accounts easily.
Once you are logged in, click on “Family Members” and then “Add a Family Member”. From here, add your family member’s details. You can add up to five family members.

After I sign up for the Birthday Club, how do I edit my account information?
Editing your account information is easy. Just sign in to your account in the BR App, tap the pink spoons icon, and click My Account to make the necessary edits.
I forgot my Birthday Club password. How do I log in?
You’ll need to reset your password. Visit our “Log In” page in the BR App or online and click “Forgot Password”. We’ll ask for your email address and will send you an email where you can create a new password. Still having trouble? Contact Consumer Care at 800-859-5339 and we’ll give you a hand.
How do I remove a family member from my Birthday Club account?
To remove a family member, log in to your account in the BR App or online and go to “Family Members.” Then, click “Remove” next to the family member’s name. A window will pop up. Select “Remove” again to confirm the deletion.
