- TSTHE SNOBWAY SHOW5 days ago1.0I visited on October 10, 2026, around 3:30 p.m. and paid $8 for two scoops in a sugar cone bowl. The caramel brûlée ice cream was already soft and melting, and the strawberry cheesecake scoop was noticeably smaller. Employees need training to take the time to form full, consistent scoops so customers receive what they pay for. I asked for a little more to complete my scoop—not an extra scoop for free. Another employee intervened and said, “So what if you didn’t get a full scoop?” That was disrespectful and out of line. To clarify, it was NOT the employee wearing glasses who rang me up. Management needs to address both the portions and that employee’s customer service. I will not return to this location.

Yes. Each Birthday Club account can have only one primary person (age 13 and up); however, members can add up to 5 other family members to their accounts easily.
