Sooooo I wasn't introduced to BR today and never ever been told I "had" to get cold brew instead of whipped cream. Not to mention they only have 24 of the 31 flavors and No cookies and cream.. Being new and not knowing how everything works is acceptable BUT it doesn't cost anything to be Nice and Friendly - that thing you're hired to do. None of that exists here. How do I remove a family member from my Birthday Club account?
