  I love this today i had arbys for breakfast white castle for lunch and long john silvers for dinner and i gotta say this really hit the spot big-time. The meat mountain was full of juicy creamy goods packed inside of 2 meaty buns. I ordered 5 more meat mountains and chowed down.

  This location is hit or miss. I've ordered here numerous times with my kids and we almost always dine in. This time we ordered online from inside like we typically do and I tried to let the people working behind the counter where I was mostly disregarded until in interjected myself and told them why I was just standing there. When I told them my name and that I had a mobile order and that we wanted to dine in, I was asked to verify who I was without what I had said really even being acknowledged and then I was given my drinks I had to ask for that were sitting right in front of the employees. Once my order was completed, it was put into bags, not trays like I'd asked for and they'd forgotten a portion of the order and I had to go back to them to ask for it. Luckily we didn't just grab the food to go because we'd have left shorted food we'd paid for. It really felt like they didn't care about anybody they didn't specifically take a food order from in person and when I made requests they weren't taken seriously. Not to mention Arby's stopped offering the spicy sauce...it was something like a 3 pepper sauce or ghost pepper or something, but they no longer offer it and that was disappointing. The service here isn't always so off, but this time was inconvenient enough that I felt necessary to leave a review based on it. I feel like more consistency with portions is needed as well. Each time we order the same items we get varying portions and the curly fries are more like the small pieces from the bottom of a large bag of curly fries rather than fries with any curl to them. We'll be back because my kids like Arby's, but man, it's not that hard to be friendly to paying customers and to verify items that are going into a bag that are listed on a screen and receipt.

  If you would like to pay over $60 on food and receive two packets of sauce and have items missing from your order, this is the place to go! Children who work there clearly could care less about doing what they are paid to do.
