Really good food and great customer service. The food is as I remember from years ago when my mom would take me.

I was recommended to try Arby's by a friend and was very underwhelmed. I got the Smoked Brisket which was surprisingly sweet and there wasn't a smoked flavor. The Italian Beef Dip with Au Jus was just okay. I did like this one more than the smoked brisket because it was more savory. The bread was really dry and the meat didn't have much flavor. I had to keep dipping it into the au jus for it to be tolerable but it started to fall apart towards the end. The Jalapeno Poppers were decent. It had a good amount of cream cheese and jalapenos but lacked any flavor or spice. The breading was soggy. There wasn't much stuffing in the Peach Cobbler Roll and it was hard and not crunchy, most likely because I had it last and the drive home was long. There was barely any cinnamon taste.
