  Waheed was an excellent waiter — very attentive, friendly, and professional throughout our dining experience. He made sure everything was taken care of quickly and always checked on us with a smile. His recommendations were great, and he made our visit at Aquarium even more enjoyable. Definitely one of the best service experiences we’ve had. He deserves a raise! Highly recommended!

  Omg I came for the Mother’s Day brunch and had to return the very next day for more food. Everything was so delicious and although the staff were very busy they were all polite and friendly. One Manager Tashy was alert and remembered us from the following day and stopped by the check on us and chat us up. She loves what she does and it shows she even blessed us with a gift. We’ll be returning again soon!

  I had a very good experience at Aquarium Restaurant. The place itself is really unique and relaxing, especially with the huge aquariums all around that make the whole atmosphere feel different from a typical restaurant. It’s a great spot to enjoy a meal while also taking in the experience and views inside. The food was good overall, fresh and well presented, but what really made the visit stand out was the service. Our waiter, Oliver, did an excellent job from start to finish. He was friendly, attentive, professional, and made sure everything was going smoothly without making us feel rushed. It’s always nice when someone genuinely cares about giving good service, and he definitely helped make the experience better. The environment is also very family friendly and comfortable, whether you’re going for a casual lunch or dinner. There’s always something interesting to look at, which makes the visit enjoyable even beyond the food itself. Overall, Aquarium Restaurant is a very good place to visit if you want a different dining experience with a great atmosphere and excellent customer service. Special thanks to Oliver for making the experience even more enjoyable.

  We recently had such a great experience at the Downtown Aquarium Houston, and I had to share! From the moment we arrived, everything felt welcoming and fun. The atmosphere was beautiful, the exhibits were engaging, and it was the perfect place to relax and enjoy something different. What really made our visit stand out was our host, Brian. He went above and beyond to make sure we were taken care of. He was friendly, attentive, and made the entire experience feel personal. It’s not every day you come across someone who genuinely cares about making your visit memorable, but Brian definitely did just that. Whether it was answering questions, checking in on us, or just making us feel comfortable, his customer service was top-notch. Because of him, our visit wasn’t just good — it was unforgettable. We’ll definitely be coming back, and we truly appreciate the amazing service. Thank you, Brian, for making our time at the aquarium so special!

  We are down from Ohio and we wanted to visit the aquarium on our last day here. So very glad we did! The aquarium was an absolutely amazing experience, and we went to the restaurant at the end. And the food was delicious!! We got the castaway combo for our appetizer. The hubby got the seafood stir fry and I got the shrimp scampi ravioli. The flavors were incredible and our experience was made so much better by our waiter, Oliver. He was very attentive and was very knowledgeable about the animals in the aquarium we were seated by. Made sure he answered all of our questions, gave us tourists attractions to visit, and always made sure we were doing good and refilled our drinks. It was overall an amazing experience for someone who’s from out of town. Highly recommend this place for the entire experience! Thank you Oliver for taking care of us and for just being a great human being. Keep up the amazing work!
