I’ve had great experiences at this location before, but this time was really off. The young girl on the early morning shift with the long twisted dreadlocs had the most unwelcoming energy. She was a few feet away from my window and just continued to stare at me until I moved up just a bit. No wave, no “good morning”, “how are you?”, or “how can I take your order?”. Just staring until I started my order. As I’m ordering the IPad is just hanging in front of her and she doesn’t pick it up to type. Her body language made it clear that she did not want to be there, and she wasn’t trying to hide it. As I’m ordering my add ons she finally picks it up and started adding my order and I guess that’s how she completely missed what I wanted to add in my drinks. Order was not correct when I received it. She seemed completely disengaged and it made the whole interaction feel very awkward and unwelcoming. It was just a really weird and off-putting experience. I hope management steps in, because I used to love coming here.

My daughter and I recently discovered 7 Brew, and we absolutely love it! Every time we visit, the customer service is excellent, and FAYTH is always so friendly, helpful, and genuinely welcoming. She makes you feel like she’s happy to see you, and that kind of customer service is hard to find these days. She is definitely an asset to 7 Brew!

This is literally my favorite place on earth. This specific 7brew is the best one i’ve tried they are so much better than all the other locations. My drinks are always delicious and the staff is always amazing. You NEED to come here before you die. Makes even the worst of days good.

Love this place! I come here almost every day. The manager is always on point and employees are always friendly. Best drinks by far better than Dutch Bros. I typically don't leave reviews, but I had to this time because I was reading some of the reviews being left here and quite honestly, it doesn't describe anything about the drink it's obvious the reviews are made up. I hope 7Brew reads the reviews and report fabricated reviews as it doesn't help the location or the brand.

Harassed by a young girl who claimed to be the manager 09-21-2026 , 5:00 pm She refused to give me her name after attacking me and discriminating me in front of my wife and kids . I have reported her to corporate I hope she gets what she deserves, no establishment should have this type of person representing their business, especially since she has no customer service whatsoever. There was other ways to handle whatever issue she made , this was a unprofessional experience and will avoid going to this location, Whatever problems she has going on she needs to leave that at home and not drag her personal issues to work . She used foul language and I had my young toddlers in the back seat .
