I had reservations for the final night at the Rodeo. I expected some delays and shortages of product going into this dinner. This concept and execution was definitely different from previous years and restaurant group. You could feel it as soon as you entered. My group of 8 wasn't seated until 20 mins PAST my reservation (6:30pm). I was told my table was being turned over and set up each time I inquired about the delay. They were busy but not exceptionally so for the last night and impending concert. Larger crowds were at the main bar and Saloon to pregame before the concert. The dinning hall seemed to be adequately seated under capacity. Finally, at the time of seating, we were led to a table in the back of the restaurant at the kitchen entrance even though we passed at least 6 large group tables that were set and waiting to be sat. One 1 of those tables had a visible "Reserved" sign on them. I refused the table at the kitchen entrance and we were headed back to the hostess stand to realign on an acceptable table. Miraculously, a better table was identified (table #21) and after awaiting final touches to the table set up, we were seated approximately 10 mins later with no issue. It is now well after 7pm. They were out of many items but nothing major from an entrée perspective. Our server was very gracious and timely. The food that was ordered was good and the atmosphere was pleasant.
The experience needs work with a keener eye for dinning process and customer detail.

Everything was amazing, until my wife slipped on water in the dining room coming from the restroom. She was walking along, and then hit the floor. The table she fell in front of said there was water from the pitcher of water leaking. A food runner (a boy in a white shirt) ran very quickly and cleaned it up. NO ONE came to the table to check on her. We had to ask for a manager. The manager Amy came over and did not seem to care. Did not even take our names. My wife and I are business owners in customer service. If someone fell in our store and stayed another hour and spent $300 we would be checking on their statice non stop! With that said- The overall experience was great! The food was great! The atmosphere was stunning! Our server Ketehra did a great job! She apologized over and over for my wife. In closing- As a business owner I just wanted to bring it to your attention, so no one else gets hurt!

Disappointed. Waited an hour to be sat despite having a reservation on a Rodeo WEDNESDAY. Also, I feel like last year this place was focused more on the fine dining aspect. Now that there’s new ownership they’ve shifted focus on expanding the rowdy saloon bar vibe, while trying to maintain the fine dining atmosphere. It just doesn’t mix well. It was super loud and chaotic. Sitting at a table with white cloth while listening to drunk college kids roam around the space was not the experience I thought it was going to be based on their misleading marketing. Food and drinks are great, execution is quite terrible. New management on the block: Don’t try to fix something that’s not broken, you’re going to ruin something that was once good.
