- IVIssac VillaJul 23, 20261.0Ordered two sugar free rebel drinks, went up to the window and saw the barista make the first one with the correct white sugar free rebel can, then she made the second one with a regular black rebel can, when she handed me the drinks I asked if they were both sugar free for which she responded that yes they were, I left and took a sip and immediately recognized it was not a sugar free drink, went back and told the person taking the order for which she was very nice and professional, but when she told the barista about the mistake, I could see through the window the attitude she was giving when hearing about the mistake and while making the corrected drink. She was rude and unprofessional and for her to be “new” and acting like that is not right! Shouldn’t be there anymore.

I have gone on three separate occasions, and every single time I get a different version of the drink i ordered even though I ask for the same thing. Apart from that every time I ordered a blended drink, it's always given to me melted. Definitely recommend the eastlake dutch bros over this one.

A Dutch Shake is our take on a classic shake. A Dutch Freeze® is a blended coffee drink!

We’ve decided to focus on what we do best - serving up awesome drinks, creating genuine connections at the window and giving back to our communities! That means we’re stepping away from offering DutchWear to our customers. You’ll still be able to buy coffee and drinkware on our website, which may occasionally offer a few surprises!
Can I buy stickers?
We’re not selling stickers anymore! Stop by your local shop the first Wednesday of every month for a Sticker Drop! You can now also earn App Stickers through the Dutch Bros app! Download to see which stickers are available to you!
Can I print a digital gift card and give it as a gift?
We recommend purchasing our IRL Gift Cards if you want to give something physical!
How do I earn points?
It’s easy! Collect 3 points for each dollar you spend at a shop, and there’s no limit to how many you can earn!
Can I still get points if I forgot my phone?
We hate when that happens! If you ever forget your phone, just give your broista your phone number, and you’ll earn the points. Unfortunately, we won't be able to issue points for past purchases unless you snag a receipt and email it to us.
Can I customize my drink?
Yes, our broistas are always happy to make any drink the way you’d like!
Can I place my drink order over the phone?
We aren’t able to take drink orders over the phone, but we’re excited to serve you! Don’t let our long lines fool you - we'll get your favorite drink to you as quickly as possible!
Can I apply more than once?
You can only apply once to each location! To follow up on an application, please swing by and check in with your local broistas!
Can I still customize my drink through Order Ahead?
We'd love to customize your drink the way you want, so you can definitely make your usual customizations when ordering ahead! If you have a particularly creative order, or enjoy a cold pour, we recommend ordering your drink at the shop so your broista can get it just right.
