- AVAshley Vargas1 day ago5.0Love the Horizon Dutch Bros yesterday I was helped by Miranda she was so funny and the sweetest. She helped me choose my drink and just made the experience whole. Recently I started to shift to this location considering Eastlake has lost its charm in how this treat their costumers, not saying it all the time or every employee however I have been disappointed. Still love Dutch!
- JRJulian Romero6 days ago5.0⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Outstanding Customer Service at Dutch Bros! I had an excellent experience at Dutch Bros, and I want to give a special shoutout to Emiliano Lauren for providing truly outstanding customer service! She was friendly, welcoming, professional, and went above and beyond to make the experience exceptional. Her positive attitude and genuine care made a lasting impression and are exactly what great customer service should look like. It’s employees like her who make customers want to come back. Dutch Bros is known for its great drinks and fun atmosphere, but service like this is what truly sets a business apart. Emiliano Lauren is a great example of how one person can make someone’s day better through kindness, enthusiasm, and excellent service. Thank you, Emiliano, for representing Dutch Bros so well! You deserve recognition for the excellent job you’re doing. Keep up the amazing work! ☕️💙🤎
- ARAmanda RamosSep 22, 20262.0Love DUTCH BRO'S. But unfortunately this location at times gets my simple order messed up. Also it gets very annoying when I order and others come and leave before me. Today my son was 3rd in line, and pretty much the last to leave everyone behind him left and had several orders he only had 2. Over heard an employee say... They didn't tip. So that's why there getting there order last that's how we do things at this location. My son is 12 he works hard to pay for his drinks because all he wanted was the ice cube. He just had enough to pay for his drinks. DB really...

- IVIssac VillaJul 23, 20261.0Ordered two sugar free rebel drinks, went up to the window and saw the barista make the first one with the correct white sugar free rebel can, then she made the second one with a regular black rebel can, when she handed me the drinks I asked if they were both sugar free for which she responded that yes they were, I left and took a sip and immediately recognized it was not a sugar free drink, went back and told the person taking the order for which she was very nice and professional, but when she told the barista about the mistake, I could see through the window the attitude she was giving when hearing about the mistake and while making the corrected drink. She was rude and unprofessional and for her to be “new” and acting like that is not right! Shouldn’t be there anymore.
