Went twice recently and both times they messed up my order, ive asked for light ice in my drink and got all ice... I also asked for a BBQ sauce and they forgot that too and on my wifes order she asked for lettuce and they forgot that too. Before that it was pretty much the same, and when asked to at least give us our BBQ sauce the girl that gave us our food looked annoyed and gave us a tiny ass lil cup of sauce... night shift has 0 care for their job

My daughter used the app to order 2 strawberry limeades. When we got there, the girl had two lime aids. The app had erased the strawberry, and we asked to have strawberry added to it. The girl said she could not do anything about it. We were willing to pay extra for it. Still a big NO. Won’t be going to Sonic in Hondo TX again. My money will go elsewhere.

Sonic, do better. Your food shrinkage has gotten worse. My Jr breakfast burrito was smaller than an egg roll. Your prices seem to have not changed but the size of the food surely has.

Messed our order up was the only issue.
