Well, if you’re going to use a third-party delivery service to get my food to me faster, make sure they understand that they are still representing Pizza Hut! Your “super-fast delivery service” didn’t even knock on my door. They just left my food sitting on the ground. By the time I realized it had been delivered, my food was covered in ants and bugs. That’s definitely not good for business! If you’re going to partner with a third-party delivery service, make sure they understand the importance of delivering food properly and providing good customer service. Thank God the manager was cool about the situation and refunded my money. I appreciate the manager for making things right, but this delivery experience was unacceptable. FAST delivery means nothing if the food isn’t delivered safely and properly!

Ruth was running the show today and is absolutely amazing! The pizzas and wings were cooked to perfection. Our drinks stayed full and she just had the most beautiful smile. We are from Houston and wanted to stop somewhere to eat before heading back and this was definitely the best choice. We had a lovely time. Thank you Ruth we appreciate you!
