- AMAustin McDermottJul 7, 20261.0Today the cashier and the manager refused to sell me cigarettes after looking at my ID. They told me it looked like I glued a picture on there!!!!!??. This is ridiculous , I have used this same id to purchase smokes for months at this location. They even refused to scan it to make sure it’s real! Hondo heb has officially lost my business. I’ve never been so insulted or embarrassed in my life. Management definitely needs to change before I’d consider returning.
