- KKKevinJun 10, 20261.0DISHONEST BUSINESS, with a RUDE and UNPROFESSIONAL manager. Handed me a FALSE advertisement for Mix and match - choose 2 for $6.99. Then the total comes out to twice that. The manager said it's supposed to be $6.99 each, and then instead of doing the right thing and honoring THEIR false advertisement which was a mistake I guess, the manager rudely procedes to talk me in circles and try to convince me that I don't know how to read. IT CLEARLY SAYS 6.99 ON THE ADVERTISEMENT, NOT 6.99 EACH LIKE THE OTHERS. A professional manager would have HONORED the advertisement instead of trying to convince me that I don't understand english, pulled all the misprints off the counter, and informed the owner. Instead, she argued with me and tried to convince me that I don't know how to read when I'm pointing to the black and white text on THEIR advertisement! At one point i'm looking around at the other employees while I'm explaining and she snaps at me and berates her new employee by raising her voice and saying "Don't look at him, he's just a delivery driver!". Way to make that young man feel valued and also try to convince me I can't read 👏👏 Take a look at the pictures yourself everyone. 6.99, not 6.99 EACH. This isn't the flea market, it's a corporate franchise, so don't advertise a deal and not honor it!
