    Sadly the co manager is telling and instructing everyone with out a brain to say gimme a minute. They do not run well at afternoon shifts. When the general manager is off Patricia abuses wait time and getting orders out. She doesn't even use the side door "car hop" to collect payments not even the general manager Anna does this... sadly its poorly ran. It could use a new general manager because all you can do it wait. Although Sandra is the best co-manager.

    “I’m really confused why Sonic offers chicken bites on the regular menu but only chicken tenders for the kids’ meal. It would make so much more sense to offer chicken bites as an option for kids, especially since smaller pieces are easier for younger children to eat. I ended up spending more money just to get something my 3-year-old would actually eat, which was frustrating considering they already have chicken bites available. It doesn’t seem like it would be a difficult accommodation to offer that option in a kids’ meal. Overall, I paid more than I should have for a small portion, and the lack of flexibility made the experience disappointing. At the very least, giving parents the option between bites and tenders for kids would go a long way.”

    On a POS system, you can look at the recent card transactions to find a receipt. I had thrown mine away, confidently because she repeated the order back to me TWICE. When I got back and asked about a reverse look, I was cut off with “no sorry you have to have your receipt”. Y’all are just lazy. That’s literally the bottom line. I’ve worked in the food industry and receipts aren’t difficult. Too bad this is the only sonic in hockley
