This is now the third time I have placed an order with the same employee, Hispanic guy with curly hair, and each experience has been unpleasant. His attitude is consistently rude and unwelcoming. I genuinely do not understand how someone working in the service industry can treat customers this way. I am not sure if he is unhappy with his job, but customers should not have to deal with such poor treatment when simply trying to place an order. After three negative experiences, I have decided that this will be my last visit to this location. Management seriously needs to address this employee’s customer service……
