It all started when a young entrepreneur named Harmon Dobson had a bold idea: to serve a burger so big that it took two hands to hold, and so good that after a single bite customers couldn't help but exclaim, “What a burger!” He named his humble burger stand in Corpus Christi, Texas, “Whataburger.” Over six decades later, we're still family owned and operated. Each and every Whataburger® is still made to order. We still use 100% pure beef and serve it on a big, toasted five-inch bun.     Not much parking. The breakfast taquito I asked for the eggs to be done well. Instead, when I bit into it, all I tasted was the liquid butter they squeeze on the tortilla to toast them. The cheese slice was cold.

    Joshua is a class act manager. He took care of a small issue promptly by going above and beyond. Also, I like how the lobby is open 24 seven. Unfortunately, in Dallas, where we reside, they’re closed for safety reasons. I’ll be swinging back through to hit this particular Whataburger the next time I’m going to and from Waco Austin or San Antonio. …

    Ordering through the app is easy and picking up at the counter is frictionless. There were several flies in the dining room, landing on food and people. I also found a fruit fly in my beverage. The food was hot and acceptable, but not excellent in quality.

    The employee taking my order was rude and knew no other words but “what else”. Get it together man. If you don’t want to work where you should be providing at least decent customer service then work somewhere else.
