Since 1950, Whataburger has proudly served a bigger, better burger. It all started when a young entrepreneur named Harmon Dobson had a bold idea: to serve a burger so big that it took two hands to hold, and so good that after a single bite customers couldn't help but exclaim, “What a burger!” He named his humble burger stand in Corpus Christi, Texas, “Whataburger.” Over six decades later, we're still family owned and operated. Each and every Whataburger® is still made to order. We still use 100% pure beef and serve it on a big, toasted five-inch bun. And now, as we proudly serve burgers, chicken, salads and breakfast at more than 800 Whataburger locations across the country, that first burger stand is still close to our hearts.

I ordered a bacon cheese burger, mustard with sautéed onions. I got a onions, pickle and tomato burger. Onions were just cut and threw on there apparently by the handful. Way too many tomatoes and pickles too!! They told me to come back and they would make it right. Problem is I get a 30 minute lunch and I shouldn't have to spend it at Whataburger. Do better please cause I'm pissed.

Today's visit to this location was a waste. It was at about 830AM. Was at drive up. Took a bit longer than I usually have to wait at normal visits. The window employee was a young girl, had a nice smile and greeting, thats about all the good I can say. I ordered #8 WB Jr, fries and unsweetened tea. Fries were cold, received sweet tea. The bun was super dry. I have always raved bout WB because of the mustard on their burgers. Today the mustard was so minimal, I could hardly taste it. Today was the 1st WB visit that I ate less than a 1/3 of the fries and about only 1/2 of the burger. Gave the sweet tea to my wife.
