  You always have to check your order at this Taco Bell I'm pretty much 100% of the time you will be missing stuff from your order 😔

  IF I COULD DO 0 STARS, I WOULD. The young people they have working the nights are very disrespectful and don't care about anyone. I've never had a bad experience at this location when I go in the daytime. This was my first time with a horrible experience. I ordered food at my 11:55pm, drove up to window & just sat there without anyone coming to window for 10 mins. I blew my horn and nothing. I drove back around and the same girl was on speaker and I said I would like my food. I drove back up and I swear, her eyes were shut and she didn't even realize my order was on her screen. The other girl came from the side (I guess the night mgr) and her eyes were even lower. I asked them damn are y'all high, I just want my food. The Sara chick couldn't even say anything she just closed the window. She told me my total was 7.17 3 times but I knew it was in 17.17, even the people in my car heard her. I told her she said the wrong price and she was confused. Once I got the bag the lil mgr started talking crap so I yelled that they should do their job and the first chick slammed the window. The mgr actually came back and opened the window just to tell me to leave HER store, which I was actually pulling off anyway and we started cursing each other out.

  Today 05/23/26, I ordered 2 #1s all beef. I got all chicken chalupas, went back to fix my order. Second time, I got 2 beef crunch tacos and 2 beef chalupas (I was suppose to get 4 beef chalupas). Third time, I got 2 chalupas. All of of this could have been prevented if the Manager at the time wasn’t talking over the first person trying to take my order. Only reason why I came back a third time was because my wife was pregnant. They keep messing up the order (the manager, rn it’s 11:03pm).

  It’s 11:49 the two guys at the front said they were only doing DoorDash we order DoorDash we wait outside and when we came to pick it up they said they had already given it to someone else and that “they do this all the time” since when do they just give out DoorDash orders without asking for the receipt or the phone they should be fired while I waited I saw 5 other cars leave with no orders they dont want to do their job.
