  Very frustrating that , in order to get the advertised special , I had to download the app Once installed it was very difficult ordering. The car hop just had kind of a lackade attitude. Her condiment tray was virtually empty, no napkins, no salt, only 3 ketchups on it, which she was only willing to give me 2. had to go back in for salt, napkins, while my food was getting cold. And still failed to bring the napkins.

  Ordered the strawberry lemonade and it was good. Service was slow with hardly any customers there. The board showed order on its way and was several minutes later before I got my drink.

  I ordered in the drive through, and Jaylynn took my order. She was efficient, courteous, and got my order perfect! I was thoroughly impressed by her customer service! The food was correct, with labels on each burger indicating which order they were, tasted fresh and were all correct. This was the BEST service I have experienced at the Highlands location in a long time. Very happy!
