  Ordered the strawberry lemonade and it was good. Service was slow with hardly any customers there. The board showed order on its way and was several minutes later before I got my drink.

  I ordered in the drive through, and Jaylynn took my order. She was efficient, courteous, and got my order perfect! I was thoroughly impressed by her customer service! The food was correct, with labels on each burger indicating which order they were, tasted fresh and were all correct. This was the BEST service I have experienced at the Highlands location in a long time. Very happy!

  Food was great & served fresh & hot! Just a little hiccup as they did not get my daughter's order correct...otherwise the experience was great!

  Ordered on app for a certain time to pick up. Arrived early and notified via app I was here. 5 minutes later food comes out. It's all there but when I get home 5 minutes down the road, burger and tater tots not even warm. I wondered why this location had bad reviews. Now I know why. They start making your order before it's time. Wow Sonic, not good!!
