Since 1950, Whataburger has proudly served a bigger, better burger. It all started when a young entrepreneur named Harmon Dobson had a bold idea: to serve a burger so big that it took two hands to hold, and so good that after a single bite customers couldn't help but exclaim, “What a burger!” He named his humble burger stand in Corpus Christi, Texas, “Whataburger.” Over six decades later, we're still family owned and operated. Each and every Whataburger® is still made to order. We still use 100% pure beef and serve it on a big, toasted five-inch bun. And now, as we proudly serve burgers, chicken, salads and breakfast at more than 800 Whataburger locations across the country, that first burger stand is still close to our hearts.

Last time it was a extra ordered biscuit. Today it was a full on breakfast platter and a coffee. Food has also slowing dropped in quality since the Chigaco owners came in but that is all of Whataburger not this location.
- JLJason LOct 18, 20261.0Ordered drive thru. After sitting for 45 minutes and 12 cars behind us left....we went inside for a refund. One worker was passed out in a booth and the manager was explaining toppings to another worker at the front counter. The cooks behind the counter were all looking spaced out when we were explaining how long we have been sitting. If you're the franchise owner, get control of your investment. If you do not take pride in what you do.....go do something else. If you can't make it in fast food, life is going to be very hard for you in the future.
