  Small portions, unseasoned meat, and overall less than average experience for the price. Ordered 2 different burgers, chicken sandwich, nuggets, fries, and onion rings to get a fair assortment of food/flavor. Buffalo chicken and onion rings were good. The burgers were average (did I mention unseasoned) and the fries were downright bad. Not sure why this place has an aversion to salt, but they most definitely do.

  Great food quality and great quality of service. Very easy to place our big order and great education from the staff around any questions or concerns. I wish there was more ample seating options so our family could make this a frequent eat in dinner option.

  This place has great food but the time it takes to receive your food is wayyy to long. Its almost like you need to place your order way back in the day in order to get it today. I really want to support this place but I can't order a burger and by the time I get it, I've aged another year. Come on man!

  [Dine in] First time having Wayback Burgers — we were definitely interested because we’d love to see more businesses in Hickory Creek. The young gentleman working the counter, Fernando, was pleasant and nice. He welcomed us when we entered, didn’t rush us as we looked at the menu and was polite. He, in fact, was the only employee who pretty much said thank you because when we went to the window to pickup our food, we of course told the young lady [brunette] thank you and she just dismissed us and walked away without ever making eye contact or saying anything. The food — Cajun burger with large fried pickles and the Classic burger with regular cheese curds. No complaints. Portions were appropriate. Food was hot temp wise and had flavor. 15 minutes from order to serve. Cleanliness — Now I will say they had a constant flow of customers coming and going but when we were looking for a place to sit for dining-in there were several “open” tables but none clean. I finally grabbed some napkins and water from the drink dispenser to wipe a table down. They had plenty of staff where this shouldn’t have been an issue, same with the trash overflowing and nowhere for us to properly throw away our trash. Pricing was typical — $35 for our two meals. I didn’t / don’t care for the tip requests for dining in when we’re having to clean our own tables and the food isn’t being brought to us. Also, and this is only a tip for the business itself — it’s nice that you all let the employees get unlimited drink refills from the station but maybe give them a larger cup to use so they aren’t constantly going back and forth while patrons are standing there trying to get their own drinks. Overall, will eat there again. To us, Wayback Burgers is better than Sonic but not as good as RG’s Burgers just up the highway. Truly hope they succeed!

  I pulled in and was gonna try this new spot, but then two different brand new reviews mentioned no seasoning of their beef, and then I saw the owners actually respond and confirm they don't season their beef, and they were totally like proud of it bc they "want their natural beef to shine." It's not a filet mignon. Get real. I'm in disbelief. So then I walked into jersey mikes nextdoor instead. Sorry fellas
