  Ordered a chocolate shake and a Reese Blast. We waited and waited call them on speaker brought them right out melted. Will never go back to this location.

  Food: You never know what you’re gonna get if you use the app. Drive in: Stick a dang cone in the slot if the screen / buttons don’t work. I hate having to stop, back up, and find a new slot to use. This should be the way of the world and if you’re hearing it here for the first time, you’re a special kind of special.

  Second time in a row in past weeks that ordered food at the drive up and the order was wrong, first time wrong food, this time when i got home. Correct sandwiches just not what I asked to be on them. Both times tried calling the number on the receipt and from the web site for this location multiple times with NO answer either time. Accidently called the Lake Dallas store on my third attempt and they picked right up??? FRUSTRATING!

  My family got ice cream tonight, blasts of different flavors and we all had these green string things in them. Many of them. I could absolutely throw up. We can’t identify what it is but will absolutely never come here again. I did try calling the establishment 3 times but no answer.

  I come here quite frequently and since they installed the new tap to pay system, all the stalls have been broken or freezing. This sucks for the customers and even more for the servers! I never carry cash on me so I have no way to tip unless on card. Management needs to figure out how to fix this so the servers can get tipped, it’s really ridiculous.
