  Walked in 3 people behind the counter and one sitting on her laptop in the lobby.. nobody greeted or even looked up. Only one of the 3 workers behind the counter were taking orders or doing anything, so myself and the other costumer waited patiently. I finally got to the register and the worker walked off to the back without saying anything to me. Waited a couple minutes and another lady came, I ordered a latte simple.. and she told me sorry the espresso machine is cleaning so they cant make any drinks. It would be at least a 5 minute wait. Its 9am! How do you not have coffee at a coffee shop at 9am. Also 5 minutes wouldn't have been a big deal normally if we hadn't already been waiting so long to begin with. A simple greeting, acknowledgement, and communication can go a long way with customers.

  I went in and ordered and the people behind me got there food and drinks before me and then asked me what my order was when the should’ve been organized then after I left I noticed that half of my food was missing because I was there for 15 minutes and they made everything in 5 minutes I will never go back and I make milkshakes and it doesn’t take that long

  Placed an online order through app...went to pick it up and it was closed...says it closes at 9pm online its 8:26!!! I was charged and tried calling went straight to voicemail....highly upset 😡
