  Very good customer service. The staff was so amazing & thoughtful. My family and I stopped through while traveling back to Arkansas. So glad we did. Buffet was going on and my boys had never experienced it before. They were happy with the food and enjoyed every bite.

  We had a fantastic experience at this Pizza Hut! Our waitress, Mackenzie, did such a great job—she was incredibly attentive, friendly, and kept everything running smoothly. On top of that, the manager personally checked in on us to make sure we were well attended to and had everything we needed.

  We got seated and that was it. Server never came back over to refill our drinks or check on us or anything. When we went to pay our check they were both sitting on their phones and acted put out to take our money. Sucks

  As far as pizza huts go, a lot of small town locations are kind of skimpy with the toppings. This location was not! They served city servings, and it was cooked to perfection!

  ​We have been consistent customers and regularly order from the Pizza Hut app, but today’s experience was completely unacceptable and incredibly frustrating. ​We were the only people in the restaurant, and the staff was not busy at all. Yet, somehow, every single part of our order was messed up: ​Order 1: We ordered a stuffed crust, no-onion Backyard BBQ pizza. What we actually received was a hand-tossed crust covered in onions with alfredo sauce instead of bbq sauce. ​Order 2: Our daughter’s small personal pizza was supposed to be ham, cheese, and black olives with an alfredo sauce base. They put red sauce on it instead, forcing us to wait for it to be entirely remade. ​The food mistakes were annoying enough, but the customer service by the cook was the real kicker. When we asked what happened with the order, the cook literally just threw his hands up in the air and walked away. No apology, no accountability, just pure attitude. ​If a kitchen can't handle a two-pizza order correctly when the restaurant is completely empty, there's a serious management and training issue. The waitress did apologize for the cooks issue and removed the incorrect pizza from our bill which is why I scored the service as 2 instead of 1.
