  Female employee was on her phone sitting in customer seating. Never washed her hands and started making coffee. My sister tried to get a coffee two minutes later at 8:35pm, and she said she couldn’t do anything because she didn’t have anything prepared… did not even allow to tell her what we wanted. She was already counting the cash. The lights and machines were still on. Mind you store hours are until 9pm!

  First and foremost the manager that was working was amazing and this review is NOT intended to reflect anyone working there. Henderson Tx already has multiple coffee shops so it’s rather strange that they decided to open another one…but I decided to try it. All of their promotional flavors were not available. And they had a single sugar free flavor option. Dissapointing to say the least. The atmosphere is kinda odd and empty. The coffee was mid but not terrible.

  Karli is so sweet She makes wonderful drinks and always has a smile on her face. She is Patient she always puts a smile on my face even when I’m not buying a drink I go by to say hey just so she can put a smile on my face. She is the best.

  I have never been to a dunkin before so we had no idea what we wanted, but Karli was so helpful and made wonderful suggestions. We will be back.

  The employees at Dunkin are the best! They make helpful recommendations and are very kind. The drinks are delicious and I’m super excited for the donuts!
