  I ordered a large Mozzarella sticks with a medium fry. I politely walked off. The guy stated that it was only three workers. The problem was he was talking into the damn bag which made no sense. Literally reading the order with the bag tucked in his mouth. It’s all fast food spots at this point not just Sonic. The constant face or ear wiping at the register. Going in the bathroom with the apron on. I know it’s gonna get better but talk to the employees about all the wiping and please tell buddy never I mean NEVER talk into a damn bag.

  Placed a mobile order and checked in and after 20 minutes of waiting walked up to the patio and asked about it. It was two items. There were like three other customers there the whole time, so I guess the employees were just not paying attention?

  Driving through on our way north. Pulled into a stall and was told to drive around to the drive thru- actually didn't say anything but go to the drive thru. Had to ask her to repeat herself and mentioned that we wanted to stay in the stall, but were told we couldn't. Came around to see staff sitting against the wall on the sidewalk. The woman taking our order was short and not very pleasant. Got to the window and there were people on their phones. Received food relatively quick. Tastes decent which was a concern reading the other reviews.
