  Hempstead, TX: I heard about some Pizza Hut's going retro in the interior, with old light fixtures, red soda glasses, and even a sit down Pac Man game, so I had to check this one out. I spent $14.00 with tip for the buffet and had plenty of pizza with many different toppings, plus a nice salad. My "server" was very friendly and helpful. I guess I am spoiled because the pizza seemed average to me. Still, if you're hungry for a lot of pizza, this deal can't be beat (Except by CiCi's, but you already know that story, right?)

  The cashier came from fixing an order when I approached the counter. She left the food she was making with no gloves to come take my order. After taking my order, she then went back to fixing someone’s order without washing her hands and without putting on gloves. She touch all items that needed to be placed on the pizza with her hands except the shredded cheese. However she spreaded the cheese with her hands. This is very unsanitary and disgusting. Management please fix this as we can see your staff making the pizza and I’m glad we can. None of them washed their hands or wore gloves and touched all meat and cheese with their hands.

  Had such a fun experience at this retro-style Pizza Hut! The nostalgic vibe brought back so many memories, and the buffet was fresh, hot, and constantly stocked. What really made the visit stand out was our server, Ana. She was incredibly friendly, attentive, and made sure everything stayed clean and refilled while checking on guests with a genuine smile. It’s rare to find service that makes you feel this welcome. Ana absolutely helped make the whole experience even better. We’ll definitely be coming back!
