- MHMila Hudgens2 days ago1.0The lady at the window was very rude. Tried to ask for ranch because we didnt get any and she just slammed the window on our face. Didnt even let us talk. Just slammed it closed. Then we didnt get all of our food. So we had to go inside and get the rest. Its a problem EVERYTIME we come here. Its service sucks. And yall need to hire different workers cuz this is ridiculous. When we went inside to get the rest of the food they STILL DIDNT give us the rest of it. The workers are incompetent and dumb. Lowkey fire them bro. We had to sit inside for about twenty minutes just waiting to get the rest of our food. Awful service and awful place. I do NOT RECOMMEND.

After waiting a while, we attempted to cancel but couldn't because it was "being prepared". We frequently use the McDonald's mobile app and have never had an experience this terrible. My husband went inside to inquire about our order, and it was sitting on a table. Not sure how long it was sitting there. No one brought it out. Ridiculous, and a huge waste of time for fast food. We could've already been home and fed our children something at home by the time we got the food.

I sat at the cleanest dirty table. I attempted to clean it with a napkin but the food & ketchup had been there so long it had dried. I would advise avoiding this establishment.
