  I went to this location for breakfast on May 1, 2026, and ordered at the drive-through. At the first window, a white male in his late 40s was facing the register the entire time while taking someone else's order. For that reason, I did hear him greet us, not did I hear him repeat our order for confirmation. At the second window, a black female in her late 50s with short black hair handed me my order. At that moment, I kindly asked to be charged for 2 dessert items that were missing from my order. The female denied my request and asked me to go around to the through drive again because she did not have a register. My request was too much of an inconvenience for her. Lastly, I was not given any syrup for my pancakes. If Google allowed zero stars, I would have given it zero stars for their lack of customer service and poor attention to orders.

  I have been trying to reach The owner, but I have had no luck!! Most definitely should not take 25 minutes to get a iced coffee

  I am not sure why they cannot train their employees how to make an iced coffee…. It is so inconsistent though. One day… white all cream. Next day all coffee, no cream. And most days… they skip the flavoring completely even when you order extra to offset the assumption. The only one that ever gets it right is the morning manager. Other locations are correct, just this one is all over the place. Nothing worst than being handed a cup of iced milk when when wanted an iced coffee to start your day.

  I have had an issue every single time I’ve tried to order through my McDonald’s app at this location. There’s been a glitch with the 4 piece chicken nuggets for years. At least 3 years now, every mobile order I can recall making has been canceled or come through the system wrong and I’ve had to give them the order again at the window. Employees are aware of the problems with the code for that particular menu item too. I keep expecting it to be fixed when I visit since the store has had multiple years to address it, but no luck so far.
