  This my first coming here and it going to be my last. First parking is very limited parking is very small and I was fighting for parking. People were parking next door in O'Reillys and walk over to come in here. We order our food and took awhile not that bad. The food arrived and honestly the food looked like I could have done it at home. It felt like I ordered from a ballpark. Very simple but very expensive I spent close to $100. They have music playing and it's very loud to the point that you can't have a conversation. The atmosphere is cool the soccer theme is cool. But won't be back again!

  I looked forward to trying this place out. Finally made the effort today and service was pleasant. The atmosphere seemed decent but I went for takeout. My first disappointment was digging into a batch of visibly burnt sweet potato fries while I hurried back home. They definitely seemed like a re-fry of and old batch to be consistently burnt throughout. Getting home, the burgers were okay. If they can't bother to give customers good quality when they're slow (3pm on a Wednesday), I don't think they're worth a second attempt.

  Saw Twin Bros on Instagram and came out to try it, but we were left disappointed. The parking lot was ridiculously packed, and service was lacking. When I told the cashier it was our first time, she gave no response. We then waited over 30 minutes for our food without any mention or apology for the delay until I had to go up and ask. We shared the Charlie original meal with crinkle fries and a Mexican Coke. The burger was quite small and the fries were over-seasoned. Honestly, we would have gotten much more for our money getting a #1 meal at Whataburger. Definitely not worth the $20 we spent—we won't be back.

  Got a mailer about this new burger joint in Helotes called Twin Bros Burgerz. My buddy lives out that way so I needed an excuse to get together, so we met there for a late lunch. The facility had a cool, sports feel to it. Still showcasing a World Cup vibe. Went right up to the ordering area and Alexia was there ready to serve and help. She made a wonderful recommendation for the Helotes burger with a jalapeno bun. I made it a combo with sweet potato fries. My buddy got the El Chaparral Mexican burger with shoe string fries. Didn't wait long for the food to arrive and it DID NOT DISAPPOINT!! I'm a little backwards and down the fries first before I tackle the burger. That way I can enjoy them hot and fresh. And I'm glad I did! They were crispy, but not burnt. And had the sweet potato taste with a dash of salt to give them a sweet and salty flavor! Sooo Good! Once I put them away, I tackled the burger.....bite after bite! The jalapeno bun was the perfect choice for the burger! And the mushrooms, swiss and onions along with some lettuce and tomatoes all melded together nicely with each bite! Needless to say, it didn't last long! The portion of fries was a good size and so was the burger. I didn't feel cheated or left still hungry. And drinks had free refills. I will definitely go back and try some other burgers! Fantastic first visit to this locally established sports themed burger joint!

  We thought we would try something unique to this place. My husband got the Mexican hot dog meal with 1/2 fries & 1/2 onion rings (for us to share) & this was actually a suggestion from the young lady taking our order. I ordered the Helotes Burger. I added some of my husband's grilled jalapeños to my burger. The young lady raking kur order was very pleasant & friendly. Then the food came & let me tell you. THIS PLACE IS WORTH THE DRIVE TO HELOTES. Very good burger & the onion rings were really good. The fries could have been cooked just a Lil longer for our taste but otherwise it was a place we will definitely be back to.
