Service was poor, bad communication, food was almost an hour late and cold. Mushrooms were soggy from sitting in the container too long. Emailed corporate and didn’t hear back. Paid $180, was worth $1.80.
- JJJacobAug 11, 20262.0First time trying Saltgrass, and I am surprised how bad it was. From the beginning we had to wait 15 minutes even though it was relatively empty. The appetizer cheese “fries” weren’t fries, and the cheese instantly hardened and became cold. The salad was drenched in ranch and soggy. Lastly the steak was room temperature (Almost cold) and super dry. At least the server was nice, albeit super rushed. An appetizer and one entree was $50 😪

Our server, Jacqueline, was super attentive and checked on us frequently. I also noticed at least two managers walking around checking in on diners. The food was delicious—especially the Seafood Fondeaux appetizer. We'll definitely be back. Keep up the good work!
