  We visited at 5ish on a Friday, I made sure to tell our server That I have Celiac and asked for a Gluten Free menu. My partner ordered Prime Rib and I told My server That I would Have the same. As soon as I ordered I realized that I didnt check if that dish was listed on the GF menu. I asked a supervisor who informed me that it was not. She changed my order to A ribeye steak. When our food arrived My husband also recieved a Ribeye instead of his order. The same supervisor came over and was really upset with the kitchen. We tried to keep his Steak as all of this took too long already. She assured us it would only take a very short time. It actually took quite a bit of time but the worst part of everything is that it was a tiny, unevenly sliced, dry piece of Prime Rib! Probobly the worst we ever tried. We were not offered any compensation and no apologies to speak of.

  Absolutely loved Adrianna. Her knowledge of full menu was impeccable! Always smiling and super friendly. Accommodated all our needs!!

  During this visit, we were told that there was a 10 minute wait. The restaurant was mostly empty but we understand if they were short of staff. We mentioned that we were Landry members but were told it was still a wait. After getting seated, a lone female walked in and was quickly seated next to our table. She got prompt attention, getting her drink before us, got her food before us and was given plenty of attention by the staff. We had several issues which we addressed with mgmt but this one was not. They pulled the Hispanic waitress from the bar area to attend to us, but we rarely saw her. Did we get this treatment because we are Hispanic? It is my son’s favorite place to eat and that why we go there often. But this just felt wrong.

  Never a bad experience here. Parking is could be better though. Excellent service and food. Steaks cooked right.

  I wanted to treat my daughter for her 15th birthday with dinner after dancing at the country saloon in our town, but this place ruined the mood. After ordering full meals and appetizers for 8 people, I politely asked if they could bring out a slice of cake for her birthday. The waiter harshly refused, saying it wasn't policy. Then, knowing we had our birdays there in the past and our friends birthdays, we asked for the manager. We thought maybe the waiter is new or just having a bad night. The manager came. She was more awful then the waiter. A side note: We are laundry members and the family we were with The manager did not say hi to us, or anything as they usualy do. Only to the family we were with. The waiter took both our cards when we sat down. I tjought that was wierd but I just let it slip. It’s shocking how a restaurant can be so penny-pinching and heartless towards a kid on their birthday. We will definitely be warning our friends and family to stay away from this establishment. I told the manager that tonight it was the last time we were going to chose their restaurant. There are other places that treat customers so much more welcoming.
