  I have been waiting for my pizza for 1 1/2 hours and it’s still not here! The people at my party are leaving soon, and then they’ll leave without eating and we’ll be stuck with lots of pizza. I ordered at 11:53, was told it would be here at 12:23. At 12:25 I received a notification it was on the way. At 12:53, an hour later, I called and they said the driver left 5 minutes earlier. We live 12 minutes away, and it’s 1:14, and still no pizza. This is ridiculous! We order from other chains frequently and have never had this problem. And now they won’t pick up my call to see where my pizza is. I will never order Pizza Hut again.

  As a patron for over 30 years this establishment has gone way down and it starts with management. What was once a great restaurant is a former shell of itself.

  Just ordered a 3 topping pizza . When I opened the box there were only 2 toppings? I ordered pepperoni, sausage and ****Canadian bacon …**** missing . I called to find out what happened they placed me on hold to call the actual pizza location. No one answered!
