- BBBoiMay 6, 20261.0The least you can do as an employee who is confused by names/online orders is to ask for the order confirmation. I wasn't able to pick it up, so I asked my family member to get it and put it under their name and email. One of the workers "checked" and told him it would be another 20 minutes past the time he had already waited to go and get it. The employee gives him the order he assumes is the right one and asks him to pay when we already paid it online. Part of the mistake is ours for not double checking on order and name, but it could've been easily solved for everyone by asking for a confirmation! I wasted time to go back to the store to explain to what the situation is, and one of the employees, when confronted about the issue, had the gall to say that he's "not going to talk about it anymore" when his coworker tried his best to fix it. Just take your pizza cravings elsewhere. The employees here are clearly too swamped to deal with anything more than cashing you out.

This guy came to me ask me what’s the name and I told him and then he asked me for the order number. I was standing there confused. I wanted to show him the address of the dominos in the app so he could tell me if that was the address of the store. He ignored me and went back to make pizzas , so rude , my order went to a differently dominos and I’m glad it was not in this one, I would never give my money to this location with rude employees

He stepped up to the plate and help me out very friendly very knowledgeable extremely professional young man everyone in there was complete polite made me feel at home. Kudos to Mr. Kenneth moon and his entire team.👏🏼👏🏼👏🏼
