  We ordered off of the mobile app, as advertised, and upon arrival we watched as our order was bumped off the screen without notice. When inquired, we were treated like we were incompetent for ordering an item that was listed in stock. We ordered ice cream cupcakes and a blizzard and were informed they don't sell cupcakes hardly ever, which I'm not sure how we are supposed to know if we aren't in-store? Regardless, we were not offered a refund as they "can't do anything if it's on the app" despite every part of their website stating refunds and order issues have to be directly handled in the store? Not to mention we witnessed staff not cleaning the mixer between orders, and using their hands to wipe surfaces while dripping it across the floor. It appeared that every order was having issues that came by as well, after 30 minutes of struggled discussions they gave us a blizzard and two cones as substitution, mind you the original blizzard was the wrong size and the items total we received was half the cost of what we originally paid. We will never be going back and I don't recommend you do either. Absolutely horrible experience.

  This store is super well kept! I believe it's the manager that is always walking around she's super sweet and keeps to store tidy. Food always comes out fast and the staff is very friendly as well :)

  They didn't offer more than one BOGO for the Blazzards. We had two phones with the code, but they only allowed us to use one code. The guy in the front with curly hair was also very rude and was clearly not smart. Acting like we're trying to fleace DQ out of one medium blizzard.

  Worst service. Of 4 blizzards we recieved 0 correct blizzards. Im also using the term blizzard losely, its more milk with candy added to it. If it was to be flipped upside down like they’re supposed to be it would all fall out. If i could zero stars I would do so. Is with the trip to go to any other dairy queen in the state of TX

  Over 30 min for food-that was sitting under the warmer. DECENT Customer service does not exist at this #. Full of young, lazy youngsters that have not an inkling as to what “Customer Service” is-and they’re paid top dollar to mess around, act like 12 year olds, all the while the older folks get stuck with the long angry line. I know working in the food industry sucks…BUT YALL knew that before you applied! Dang ridiculous! Please, do better.
