- QTQuinton Turdo4 days ago1.0Came 11 minutes before closing ( I understand not wanting to deal with customers walking into the store that close to closing, but kinda ridiculous when an order takes less than 5 minutes) but when I got out of the car and started walking over they came to the door and locked and waved us off, while leaving the open sign on. If the open sign was off, or the door was already locked, I’d understand, but they saw 2 people coming then decided to run over and lock the door in our faces, waiting until we were at the door.

- JBJenny BorterMay 1, 20262.0I've never been to this location before this occasion. I usually frequent the Dominion I10 location where I visited less than a week ago. I was very surprised to find the prices are considerably higher at this location. One of the workers seemed quite annoyed and I didn't witness any great customer service. I was not happy about being asked to apply a tip. This is not a full service experience where someone is waiting on me and their work influences my experience. This is an ice cream shop where an employee is being paid to serve up ice cream. It's ridiculous to ask for a tip and if I was the employee, I would feel embarrassed to ask. A small child scoop should not cost over $4.50. It's one thing to pay this amount when you're on vacation in a tourist spot on the beach but in a strip mall on Bandera Rd this is ridiculous. It only costs $3.50 at the other location. Also, the store isn't cute enough for these prices. There isn't adequate seating if you show up with a group. I will not be back and I recommend others spend their hard earned money elsewhere.

Can I sign up my children and other family members for the Birthday Club?
Yes. Each Birthday Club account can have only one primary person (age 13 and up); however, members can add up to 5 other family members to their accounts easily.

You’ll need to reset your password. Visit our “Log In” page in the BR App or online and click “Forgot Password”. We’ll ask for your email address and will send you an email where you can create a new password. Still having trouble? Contact Consumer Care at 800-859-5339 and we’ll give you a hand.
How do I remove a family member from my Birthday Club account?
To remove a family member, log in to your account in the BR App or online and go to “Family Members.” Then, click “Remove” next to the family member’s name. A window will pop up. Select “Remove” again to confirm the deletion.
