The tea is always flavorful, and there are so many options to choose from. I try to stop by at least once a week because it’s always a great experience. You can tell they really care about their customers and are always doing great things for the community.

I was so hungry I hadn't realized that I was sharing a bag of popcorn with rodent until I got to the bottom of the bag and started seeing light shining through the bottom 🤮 I inspected the bag further and found more rodent holes at the top. The bag of popcorn was stocked on the bottom shelf so that was very telling of the situation. I asked to speak with the manager to no avail. The “team lead” Sophia rang up the refund as a “tear in bag” and Im sure will not present it to her manager as a rodent issue … so here is the review that will hopefully bring about some change in their facility for the good of the public . 📍Location on Bandera Rd in Helotes TX
