  Manager Tim was incredibly rude and not accommodating, we ordered 2 refreshers and received water, when we asked if we could get something else he told us we could not replace it and that it was made correctly, rushed us out of the line and when we called to speak to a manager he was still incredibly rude and blamed us for the issue. Wont ever be returning, and when we told him this he said “good”.

  I go mostly to get a slush. Don't care for the burgers since they started putting ketchup and mayo on them.

  Ordered a cheeseburger combo with mustard and I received a cheeseburger with mustard, ketchup, and mayo. The burger was not good. It was way too saucy and I don't like mayo or ketchup on a burger. They also did not give me any ketchup for my tater tots and no one came around offering condiments. I have had it with Sonic. They used to be good but now its like they are trying to be McDonald's or Burger King.

  The drive thru moves slower than expected for a drive thru. But, this is East Texas.
