  The food is always right and good, but this is the slowest sonic ever. I have been here multiple times and waited way too long every single time.

  If I could give all ZERO stars I would! This place is the ABSOLUTE WORST. The customer service is awful, they don’t even do their jobs. They should ask the customers what they would like with their order, instead they just say “what else?” Then we have to do their job for them, I think the only words they know are “WHAT ELSE?” We’ve visited this establishment 2 times now, on different occasions and BOTH times same HORRIBLE SERVICE; we decided to just leave and not even order. I would NEVER recommend this place, drive to the next town. We won’t ever be back, the owner needs to do something.

  They need to have more change. They are always searching for change. The people are doing the best they can with the crap they serve.

  I ordered a drink and 4 mozzarella sticks at 4:45pm. I called them on the board at 5:01 and asked about my order and they stated after a really long silence that they would get it ready. At 5:15 I called again and they now informed me that they were out of mozzarella sticks and when I asked for a refund they said they could not do it, I would have to go through the app and corporate to do that. So I just substituted my cheese sticks for the pretzel. I finally got my food and drink at 5:25pm more than 30 minutes for two items and I had customers next to me come and leave before I got my food. I know this is a small town Sonic but you can’t ignore a customer just because you are short handed.
