  Ordered inside the restaurant and waited 45 min for my food. The workers were clueless when asked how much longer. The food was cold and nasty. Workers working today were moving very slow like they just didn’t care about anything. This store needs better workers who really want to work and have better customer service. Will not be going to this Taco Bell ever again.

  Poor service with a smile. They forgot 2 items charged me $30 for the $15 worth I actually received. Didn't give a receipt so the order could be properly contested. Very hit or miss. Good luck.

  I'm giving two stars so this comment doesn't get deleted but it's really 1 star. It's ALWAYS something with this location. The first time I ordered delivery they gave me a stale hard shell taco instead of a soft one and apparently they didn't have any Baja Blasts whatsoever per my Doordash driver. They gave me more Diablo sauce packets than I needed(like 30). This time I ordered delivery they didn't give me ANY sauce despite me explicitly asking for some. They don't care at all.

  I know that this is fast food. My experience ranks from line cook to sous chef. That being said, I absolutely would have fired anybody who served food like this. This is my cheesy bean and rice burrito. I took one bite and got nothing but tortilla and inside to open it up. There is one silver dollar sized piece of hard rice and hard beans that are scraped from the bottom of the container. It was an extremely long way that the drive-thru, apparently this was why. Yet somehow after all this weight, I still get this. Everybody that let this pass through is not good enough at their job.

  (I came in late today around 11pm) I genuinely don’t understand how a simple drive thru order turned into such a frustrating experience. I ordered one grilled cheese burrito with beef. The screen showed two, so I politely corrected it. Somehow, that got turned into a burrito with NO beef. When I tried to fix it (again), the employee acted like I was the problem and hit me with unnecessary attitude for something that was clearly a mistake on their end. I get that working drive-thru isn’t easy, but the way I was spoken to was completely unnecessary. It felt less like customer service and more like I was arguing with someone who wanted to be right and get in a verbal fight with me instead of just fixing the order. What makes it worse is I went to another location right after, ordered the exact same thing, and had zero issues. They were so kind and went out of their way to take care of us so clearly, it’s not that hard to get it right just requires basic listening and a decent attitude. If you don’t want to deal with rude service and simple orders getting messed up multiple times, I’d recommend going literally anywhere else and if you cannot work with customers I would recommend working at a warehouse, cleaning maintenance or delivery driver.😊❤️
