    Please be vary wary of this location. I ordered through the Sonic app for delivery. We’re all sick and just wanted Sonic. I ordered the fish sandwich for my dad who wanted to try it. When the food was delivered the fish sandwich was missing. I called Sonic and the manager came to the phone to tell me that he was told by the owners not to order fish and that he told the driver to tell me. I said that’s fine but I was charged for it. He said I would need to contact DoorDash and that it wasn’t his problem. I told him I didn’t order through DoorDash. I paid Sonic for the fish and just wanted my money back. He told me again not his problem and that I could go through the app. I contacted customer support through the app, the same number this owner keeps posting on his replies to the bad reviews, and they told me that I have to deal with the manager for a refund and that all they can offer me is a free burger. Are they serious? They told me someone would call me for the best resolution since they couldn’t process my refund. Still waiting for that call. Watch out, you won’t get your food or your money back. And everything else we ordered was old and inedible. The manager is very aggressive and speaks to you like you’re dumb. They don’t know how hard I work for my money and it’s not ok to steal even just a fish sandwich worth. 4/21/26 update: Still haven’t gotten my refund. I keep getting the run around by the Sonic help team. They keep telling me that I will have a resolution within 72 hours and that the issue has been escalated but nothing has happened and no one has reached out.

    Always waiting on orders here for a really long time. You could go to a busy restaurant and get better service still!
