  Had such a great experience at Sonic today! The carhop was super nice and service was crazy fast. Burger was solid, but that strawberry milkshake was incredible! Can’t wait to go back and try the onion rings

  We ordered their $7 special and ate in our vehicle. The food was nice and hot and tasty. It was the best I've had from a Sonic in a long time.

  I went to get a MEDIUM M AND M SONIC BLAST and they never sent it to the payment screen. I asked about 2 minutes later what the deal was and was told “when she brings it out just give her your card” then 15 more minutes past i hit the button again asked where it was, was told “she was out there looking for you and couldn’t find you, you know how these young girls are they cant find anything” then she come out with a half melted sonic blast which i asked if it could be remade cause nobody wants a half melted sonic blast. THIS LADY SAYS “You can ask him about that” and turned around and went it. This has got to be the most sorry excuse for a worker i have seen. Every-time i go to sonic its another problem. Don’t bother going and giving them your money. I would recommend someone either fire this girl or properly train her, but as the person on the intercom told me that “you know these young girls” i doubt this will happen. Not to mention THERE ARE STALL NUMBERS SO THEY SHOULD BE ABLE TO NOT FIND THE PERSON WHO ORDERED.

  Every week we buy a bag of ice to keep at the house but usually order at a different location. The bag we received today from this location has a horrible smell that smells like a combination of mildew and cigarettes and when I tasted it , it has a horrible sour mildew taste like the ice maker needs cleaned or it was somehow contaminated . I have never experienced ice having this sort of smell or taste before . I've been trying to call to let them know they probably shouldn't be selling / using that ice and have not been able to get ahold of anyone .
