  Chance may not be in the right role! The absolute Worst customer service I have ever experienced. I ordered at 509, the order was marked complete as delivered at 519, I called at 530 and he told me they changed drivers so it was marked as delivered but was actually gone and on it way... at 609 I called back and he said my order was still there and warm if I wanted! I want to speak to someone with someone who actually cares about their job! Do better or give the role to someone else.

  Joseph was the best I ordered through Uber Eats and didn’t expect a actual driver from dominos to come lol you guys did forget my ranch but Its not the end of the world mistakes happen but food was amazing thank you Joseph!!!

  Joseph was the delivery driver. I placed my order at 9:34pm. It was estimated 27-37 minutes for delivery. I got a notification the driver left the store with my order. He was close to where I live but then got a call from him stating the app would show delivered but that he was not far away and would be here shortly. 20 min later and he still hadn’t shown up. I called him back and he said something more important came up and to give him 5 min. 10 minutes later my cold food order shows up and now I can’t get this dude to respond. What terrible customer service. I guess it’s true that no one put pizzas the hut.

  Placed order which couldn’t be delivered when I called store was told by possibly the rudest young manager ever! Was told that he could only refund my order if I stood by and answered a phone call at 9:00am during my work hours to explain a non delivery then maybe credit could be given absolutely the worst customer service and after 13+ years at this store will be the last time I order from them. They acknowledged they couldn’t deliver what I ordered but somehow was my issue and they charged me anyways!!!!! Seriously as someone in the service industry the fraudulent charges and no ability to cordially rectify is disgusting!!! Do not order from this scam business. Seriously you can’t deliver stupid dominos order refund your customer but guess they have figured out hey we are are going to take money and make the consumer work to dispute a stupid pizza amount!!! Absolutely a disgusting way of doing business!!! Seriously you charge someone fully an order you said you didn’t have and I have to take time out during the next business day to explain! Disgusting business behavior!!!!

  I ordered a pizza for my children at 3:45 to be delivered for 5 PM. When it says it was delivered at 4:50 PM and it was not there I waited an extra 10 to 20 minutes. I then called the store. I talked to a manager and he said he didn't know what was going on and that they sent the delivery guy on a different delivery first, but that he would be there in seven minutes. Waited 25 minutes. We're still not there. Called the store again. Talk to another manager named chance. He said the delivery hadn't even left the store and that it wouldn't get to them in time and they would just refund me.l. When I asked why I had been lied to by the other manager he just said it was a "miscommunication" This was two hours of my time that this took. This is a second time that this happened as well. This store is one of the most unprofessional stores ever.
