  Super bad customer service , I had a incident where I placed my order and sadly couldn’t pay my order so I had to order online to be able to pay and then was reprimanded for double ordering and was told how the company was losing money then we tried to call back and make things right and the lady had a bad attitude about it . Needs better management for sure

  Would give no stars, one of the worst sonics I have ever been to.. waited a while for food, the car next to me waited 20 minutes for two drinks and the truck on the other side just left because it was taking to long. Ordered ranch and was charged for it and did not receive it, asked for it and waited again and just left without it

  They are very quick, they have gotten my order wrong one time but overall for a small town they are pretty good.

  Waited over 30 min for 2 burgers that came out ice cold. It's like this every time I come here. It's the only fast food in town so I keep making the mistake of coming here

  I have been there twice since I've moved to haskell. And I thought Stamford sonic was bad. Terrible service and they charge you double without giving money back. Do not go to haskell sonic. At least drive 20 minutes to go to Stamford. They are more wise and want their job. And don't offer a delivery service if you don't deliver. Thats dumb. And still charges your card. No matter if you get the food or not. If my card.is still charged after not receiving food I will sue the sonic in haskell TX.
