Since 1950, Whataburger has proudly served a bigger, better burger. It all started when a young entrepreneur named Harmon Dobson had a bold idea: to serve a burger so big that it took two hands to hold, and so good that after a single bite customers couldn't help but exclaim, “What a burger!” He named his humble burger stand in Corpus Christi, Texas, “Whataburger.” Over six decades later, we're still family owned and operated. Each and every Whataburger® is still made to order. We still use 100% pure beef and serve it on a big, toasted five-inch bun. And now, as we proudly serve burgers, chicken, salads and breakfast at more than 800 Whataburger locations across the country, that first burger stand is still close to our hearts.

- MWM WAug 16, 20261.0Waited in line for 20 minutes for them to tell me they had one gift card left and it was a Christmas one. In the middle of August. It’s clear corporate has never set foot in this place. Filthy and the food tastes stale and old.

- DKDestiny KellyJul 27, 20261.0Really poor customer service I had spent 40 minutes there waiting for an online order inside the store and then I finally get the order and I go to my car and then I’m missing sauces that I paid extra for so then I went inside and got them then went home and I had ordered two orders of #2 meals and I get home and one of the Burger is missing meat and Then the other burger is missing jalapeños that I paid extra for and I just let it go, and I was like whatever until I started eating the burger and I realize that meat was literally raw So I called the store and And a guy named Carlos answered, and I think he was a manager not sure , and he told me to bring in my receipt and the burger and I did exactly that And then the lady at the window tells me that they can only replace the burgers and Then I asked if she could also replace the whole meal just for the inconvenience of all the time I spent just waiting for the order the first time and cause the fries weren’t fresh as well with the first order And she went to go ask that guy Carlos, I believe and they only agreed to replacing the burger and fries, which was fine. I took it. But this isn’t the first time with this place where I’ve had this experience there’s been multiple times where they have forgotten items and where we have gotten raw meat or either missing a patty from the burgers, this is the first time I’m complaining about the store cause I’m honestly just fed up of there customer service ,they just really need to get it together already.
