  This was my first time trying this burger joint and as I grew up eating various similar chains, at this stage of my life I'm a bit burned out on this style of food. With that said, I'll try to give a fair assessment. I had a double burger, sub onion rings and sub a chocolate shake. The staff was friendly enough and the food came out quickly, but i noticed i received fries instead of onion rings, and when I mentioned it to the passing employee, she thought I was complaining about it being on the bill when I was pointing out that I received fries instead of what I ordered. When she realized it, she quickly brought out some onion rings. The food itself was very tasty, with the fries rivaling the taste of the big M fries, their double burger rivaling the big W burger (although a little chewy), and the onion rings were very tasty. The chocolate shake was good, nothing unique but good. Overall a good experience that probably would've been better had I been younger and more enthused about eating at these type of restaurants.

  I tell all friends 2 come or go 2 a Whataburger. Only place I eat and The reason I eat at Whataburger is because this store because everyone knows me in the morning shift this unit is spotless and super clean and Everyone welcome me to this Whataburger everyone is so awesome and amazing 👏.

  Out of all three Whataburger’s in this town this is the one that I always choose because they are the most consistent fast and friendly out of all of them. Tim is the man!

  I have never experienced what I experienced at this location at any other whataburger. I'm from San Antonio so I've seen some whataburgers in rough areas, but this one seems to be in a decent area. Anyway, I had just driven 4 hours it was morning around 8:30am, and was a little hungry so I stop to hit the restroom and grab something quick to eat along with my wife and young nephew. So I go in and find the restroom doors locked, so I go to the counter and ask them to unlock the restroom. They respond, "Someone is going." To me I didn't see anybody making any movement towards the restroom, then finally a young lady comes out with an order from the back and takes it to a table. After she does that she looks over and starts walking to the restroom, and she squeezes through the 3 females and myself waiting for the restroom. She starts enter the door code and covers it with one hand and puts her head really close to conceal the code. Which seeing her do this was already crazy enough, cause I'm really going to steal the code, or the old lady behind her, and post it on the internet or something. She opens the women's door after enter the code and starts making her way back, and completely ignoring that I'm waiting. So I stopped her and said I need the male side open too, and she kept walking so I said it again and she stopped and looked like hamster in her head was working overtime. Then she says, "Well you have to buy something first." Little did she know that my wife was right next to me placing a curbside order. So we showed it to her and she begrudgingly opened the door. I've never experienced that even at locations in bad areas of San Antonio, they just open it and I place the order after. But for her to say I have to order first was just really insulting and horrible customer service. My wife still placed the order, but if it was up to me I would have left without spending a dime there just because of what transpired.

  I love this whataburger one of a kind everyone is so nice and sweet 😋 my breakfast was made to order my biscuits was super fresh and I got everything as I requested extra honey butter 🧈 on it and crispy hash browns it was scrumptious very hot and everything no complaints here unit 85 rocks.
