  I spoke to tino , I told him to give me stuff that I was missing I waited more than 15 minutes for him to come , I spoke to him again then he told me again to wait 10 more minutes passed . He told me a manager was coming to me , I waited longer , then no one came . I never got my food until I saw someone walking passed and asked my food was just sitting getting cold . Bad service tino get better people sonic . They don’t give a damn about our food .

  Absolutely disgusting and abhorrent behavior by the manager, they got my order wrong and when I told them they got it wrong they blamed it on the ticket and said they couldn’t fix it. All they had to do was admit they gave me a slushy instead of a cream slushy. The manager did not offer to help, only took the order back and cancelled it all.
