  I came to sonic today to be served by a young lady by the name Anasol in the drive thru. I understand you are busy, I work fast food myself, however it is unnecessary to be rude just simply due to the fact I didn't mention a coupon at the speaker. I understand it can be annoying however it is not necessary to change your tone. I have never had an issue here however today, this young lady really did ruin my day. It is unnecessary to react that way. You can be frustrated however that does not mean to take it out on the customer, wait till they leave to take a breather.

  All I ordered was two ocean waters, one with nerds candy. Not very many people in the lot, and a few came and went through the drive-thru. We sat and waited for about 20 minutes for two drinks, before pressing the button to ask about a wait time. They said the drinks were done and would be brought out shortly. We waited another 5-8 minutes before we just left. We’re not really impatient people but spending 20-30 minutes waiting for 2 drinks just seems pretty insane. Thankfully I was planning to pay with cash. Unfortunately, I was really looking forward to that ocean water lol
