  Hamburguesas con buen sabor y una gran variedad de ingredientes para personalizarlas sin costo adicional, lo cual es un punto a favor. Sin embargo, el precio de una hamburguesa básica termina siendo bastante más alto que el promedio, por lo que las expectativas también aumentan. Lo que realmente nos decepcionó fueron las papas fritas. Tienen un costo adicional y, al menos en nuestra visita, estuvieron muy por debajo de lo esperado. Parecían recalentadas, nada crujientes, con una textura blanda y un sabor que no resultaba apetitoso. Si ves la foto, entenderás por qué fue una de las mayores decepciones de la experiencia!! Hay mejores opciones por un precio similar o incluso menor.

  I didn’t eat there, but I still got some really wonderful help! I walked in during a small rush because they had the most staff compared to the surrounding restaurants and I needed help pushing my car out of its parking spot. The reverse gear suddenly wasn’t engaging, so I needed to go into neutral and get pushed out of my spot (which was also at a decline angle). I felt horrible being a burden, but the manager was so kind and asked two of his staff to come out and help me. My car is by no means considered light, so I was incredibly grateful. I live 45 minutes away, so I worried about getting home before the sunset completely went down, but they were able to help in just a few quick minutes! I wish I had asked for their names, but I was entirely too focused on getting out of their hair as soon as possible. A nice gentleman also stepped in to help push. I want to sincerely thank the staff and local harker heights community for helping me out! I was embarrassed, but very grateful! Thank you!

  I have been craving a really good burger and this was it. Yes its pricey but for that taste its worth it.

  This is our first time at a five guys restaurant. We were in the mood for a burger quick. But we didn't want McDonald's etc. We came here with high hopes. We were quickly and incredibly disappointed. Maybe they had shape their burgers but they obviously use the cheapest of meat. It had absolutely no flavor whatsoever. It was no better than any fast food burger I've ever had including McDonald's Wendy's and Burger King. The fries which we heard so much about were dark brown, greasy and mushy. If you've ever worked in a restaurant you know that that's a sign that the oil hasn't been changed in a long time. They tasted awful and they didn't have even the slightest hint of salt. But to be honest once we put salt on them it didn't really change that old greasy, oil flavor. For $13.99 for a double patty I was absolutely shocked. It cost $36 to get two double cheeseburgers one frie and one drink. Bubba's 33 serves a half pound burger with fries for around $13 and it has excellent flavor and is cooked to order. I'm sorry we didn't go there instead. This was an extremely expensive fast food mistake we won't make again
