    I love going to DB. The broistas make the experience special each time. They get to know you and what you order which is rare. I enjoy going and they are one of three of my go to coffee spots in Killeen.

    I regularly order soft top on my drink, yet approximately 50% of the time, I have to remind the baristas that it was supposed to be included. Today, this happened again. When I brought it to the barista’s attention, she corrected the drink by scooping out part of it and adding the soft top, rather than properly preparing the drink as ordered in the first place. I understand that the location gets busy, and I respect that the staff may be working under pressure. However, being busy should not mean that customers consistently have to point out missing items they have already paid for. It makes me question the accuracy of the rest of my order and whether other ingredients or customizations are being overlooked as well. What made the situation more disappointing was the barista’s response when I explained that this has been an ongoing issue. She simply gave me a thumbs-up and said, “Have a good day,” without acknowledging my concern or offering any indication that the feedback mattered. My concern is bigger than one missing soft top. It’s about consistency, attention to detail, customer service, and paying for something I’m not reliably receiving. I shouldn’t have to check my drink every time or repeatedly remind employees to fulfill my order correctly. I’m asking that this feedback be taken seriously and addressed with the team so that customers can receive what they order the first time and feel that their concerns are valued when something goes wrong. Thank you for your time. I hope to see improvement moving forward.

    I just do not understand why ask for a tip on an order that I ordered at the drive thru. I am the one picking it up and paying at the drive thru window, it was not delivered to my house nor brought out to my car.

    Quite a few cars in front of me, but it went pretty fast. Pulled up to the window and it was immediately ready. Man behind the counter was personable and lovely. Drink was delicious as it is every time I've ever visited a Dutch bros.

    WARNING: If you are a spouse And have a military card you cannot use it there any longer for a discount. I’ve been going there for 2 to 3 years now no issues and then today they said well sorry You’re only a spouse you can’t get the discount. Any other establishment I’ve been to has never said anything like that to me either. Went to a coffee shop right across the street that does do the discount thanks!
