- JRJohn Rapp1 day ago1.0Went to the Harker Heights Texas location. At least three of the staff were extremely rude, snotty, and sarcastic. One of the staff members was in the Drive-Thru ordering coffee and sat and held up the line for 5 minutes or more talking. When I addressed the situation they flipped me off and the employee working was very rude and snotty. Shoved it off as no big deal.

- DRDavid K RosserApr 30, 20261.0I have gone Dutch bros for my daughter and spouse alot recently , this morning I hate to say this location the service was extremely poor , as you know they are always supers busy , of course the product is good but when I lined up I was in the left lane and 2 workers were taking orders 1 for each lane. Then the right lane person went back inside leaving me in the left lane and the order taker went back and forth. Litterly 8 cars pulled in after me and got served before me , I came through the day before and got my veteran discount no issues but this person refused, I waited in line almost 20 minutes and to top it all off she asked me if I wanted to leave a tip even after I mentioned the poor service , when I told her I don’t tip for poor service she gave me a look and when I let the person know at the window she didn’t care either , sadly this was the worst experience I have ever had at a Dutch Bros , I travel to a lot of places and this is the first time sadly I had to rate a Dutch bros a 1 out of 5. If I could rate a zero I would , this store needs to step up their customer service

Can I buy stickers?
We’re not selling stickers anymore! Stop by your local shop the first Wednesday of every month for a Sticker Drop! You can now also earn App Stickers through the Dutch Bros app! Download to see which stickers are available to you!
Can I print a digital gift card and give it as a gift?
We recommend purchasing our IRL Gift Cards if you want to give something physical!
How do I earn points?
It’s easy! Collect 3 points for each dollar you spend at a shop, and there’s no limit to how many you can earn!
Can I still get points if I forgot my phone?
We hate when that happens! If you ever forget your phone, just give your broista your phone number, and you’ll earn the points. Unfortunately, we won't be able to issue points for past purchases unless you snag a receipt and email it to us.
Can I customize my drink?
Yes, our broistas are always happy to make any drink the way you’d like!
Can I place my drink order over the phone?
We aren’t able to take drink orders over the phone, but we’re excited to serve you! Don’t let our long lines fool you - we'll get your favorite drink to you as quickly as possible!
Can I apply more than once?
You can only apply once to each location! To follow up on an application, please swing by and check in with your local broistas!
Can I still customize my drink through Order Ahead?
We'd love to customize your drink the way you want, so you can definitely make your usual customizations when ordering ahead! If you have a particularly creative order, or enjoy a cold pour, we recommend ordering your drink at the shop so your broista can get it just right.
