The service is poor; they claim not to speak Spanish, yet behind the counter, they mock Hispanic customers. Furthermore, they refuse to honor promotions and try to charge whatever price they feel like.

I placed a $70 order around 9 PM. The driver either delivered it to the wrong address or attempted to, but instead of resolving the issue properly, everything went downhill from there. The people at that address didn’t answer, and the driver called me. I called back immediately (within 60 seconds), but instead of getting help, I was bounced to a call center and then transferred to the store, where I sat on hold for 15 minutes. After all that, their solution was to cancel my entire order — at 9:45 PM — after I had already been waiting almost an hour. I even offered to just go pick up my food myself and asked for the delivery fee and tip to be refunded since delivery failed. They could’ve remade it fresh or let me pick it up, but instead they refused and told me they didn’t want me coming to the store. No effort to fix the situation. No accountability. No customer service. If you order from here, save yourself the frustration and just do pickup — because if anything goes wrong, don’t expect them to make it right.
