  For it to be a brand new McDonald’s their service is always trash. Even though I live 5 mins away. I rather drive else where .. Ur gonna wait here in like for like 20 minutes just for them to get your order wrong . EVERY TIME.

  Have been to this location twice and both times were horrible to start off i got to the speaker right at 10:30 asked if breakfast was still being served girl at speaker said let me ask then said yes get to window pay for order get to second window guy hands me a water asks to move to third window waited good old 12 min get my coffee still waiting for for 2 orders of pancakes 1 with bacon 1 sausage finally gave me the order and i check my order no sausage continue to wait for them to cook sausage finally i leave then realize they didn't give me my apple juice sucks because they park people just to take care of there damn time it seems they are more concern of time instead of getting orders right ridiculous and last but not least this location is new and drive thru window were extremly dirty which i pointed out.

  Horrible service made us wait forgot the drink coffee and apple juice and they said they had breakfast and the didn’t say that they had to cook more Sausage and they said later 5 min they too 15 min

  I had ordered on Friday after work in the drive thru. And upon arriving home my order was messed up. I had to call on Sunday because they wouldn't pick the phone up on Saturday. So long story short I was offered a full meal replacement. But whenever I arrived today on Monday June 15th 2026 they only replaced what they messed up and didn't honer what was promised. And oh yeah while at the drive thru all you can hear is them arguing over the intercom.

  Asked for a 20 piece with a Dr Pepper, they rang me in for a 10. At first when I got to the second window they tried to give me someone else’s order at first. Then they read out an order for a 10 piece with a coke, I told the girl at the counter I asked for a 20 piece with a Dr Pepper. Manager comes over to tell me I was rang in for a 10 piece and I said oh and she proceeded to just walk away and not even offer a solution. I was thinking I was waiting for the manager to come back and I let the girl know at the counter and she started laughing at me and laughing to the manager because apparently the manager was done talking to me even though she offered no resolve to my issue. Then the employee handed me my drink and food and I asked if it was Dr Pepper because she clearly read off coke to me at first and then she said yes it’s Dr Pepper. (Gave slight attitude while doing so) Well I get in the car. It’s not Dr Pepper and the fries are ice cold. Honestly I don’t complain much but will not be disrespected the way that I was. It was very embarrassing and to have them laugh at me made me feel bad for their mess up. Pls do better. And shoutout to the dude taking the orders, he was the only very nice and respectful person there
