  Need some more morning staff its too slow for those who have to be at work at 5 6 am and they seem to skip people in line as in only taking care of the 1 line at a time.

  Every time I go to this McDonald’s, they forget something. Not once have I gone here and they’ve gotten the entire order right. My daughter was crying because they forgot her toys and fries. I’ve not made a big deal about it but now this is it.

  HORRIBLE customer service. I went through the drive through and they forgot my sauce after a nearly 20 minute wait for my food. I go in and ask for sauce and an extremely rude employee gave me 1 ranch and 1 sweet and sour. I purchased 2 large 10 piece meals and asked for a few more and she refused. Another employee gave me the sauce and she corrected him in front of me. I asked what her name was and she covered her badge and refused to tell me her name. I cannot believe that after a $40 meal, where I had to get out of my car after going through the drive through, she would only allow one sauce for each of our 10 piece meals. Absolutely ridiculous.

  By far the most dystopian food experience I have had, no menus or service from a person aside from the kiosks and person dropping off your food (the employee was polite and did great). Very flat and simple design, no where to refill drinks... very odd feel.

  Ordered 1 sausage & cheese mcmuffin(no egg), 1 sausage burrito, & a large 1/2 &1/2 tea. Total is arond $6.50. Pull to the 1st window where employee does NOT speak to me, takes my card, charges it, & gives me my receipt, again without speaking. As I am pulling to the 2nd window, I check my receipt & notice it is the wrong order(someone elses order because he did not verify). Ok No big deal, mistakes happen. I arrive at 2nd window & begin to calmly explain what had happened. I was cut off, not allowed to speak, & was told that I needed to greet her with a good morning before we continued our conversation. Baffled, I began to explain the situation again, & was again cut off, & not allowed to speak. I was told that I needed to have some patience. Mind you the whole time this lady is trying to argue with me, I have an autistic patient in my car, to whom this food belongs to, who is getting upset because of her raising her voice at me...after her telling me to have patience! My job is caregiving for an autistic person....my job requires the most patience in the whole world!! After going back-and-forth with this employee for about 10min.about the contents of my order, she tells me to pull to a 3rd window. I ask to speak to a manager, she informs me, she is the manager. I ask her name, she refuses to give it to me. I pulled to the 3rd window & wait another fifteen minutes.She then comes & snatches my card & she refunds the amount for the wrong order & charges me for what was supposed to be the correct order. Check my new receipt & notice the order is STILL wrong. ( I was charged for a sausage & egg mcmuffin with no cheese) Normally, I would have just called it a loss & just driven away at this point, but I cannot do that. This food is for an autistic person who will have a major behavioral meltdown if his food isnt correct. ( Which we shouldn't feel guilty for because we pay for our food to be correct) When the food was finally given to me by a different employee this time, I explained to her that the other employee was not listening to me. She was more worried about proving a point & arguing than she was about getting the order right & letting me be on my way. This last employee I felt so bad for her. She was so sweet, calm, & kind. She made sure to go fix the sandwich to make sure that it was correct & offered her deepest apologies for the other lady's behavior. In the end, I was still overcharged like $2, but did not press the issue. I left & I will never be back to that mcdonald's. I hardly ever post reviews, & when I do, they are good ones but this was just absolutely ridiculous! I am not by any means a karen, I was not looking to be confrontational, something should be done about this lady & her aggressive attitude.
