- SSStetson1 day ago3.0I ordered a McChicken meal deal and it was missing a 4 piece nugget that came with the meal. Dining room area was not open at 6:00 a.m..
- HHHFtTx6 days ago1.0Day at four P.M. I made an order at the location in Western Center arrived to the location. Wasn’t informed. They have no power and I am not able to get a refund back. Travel to a second location off of 820 brand new location because I needed my food. Made the order waited for the order. Seven 09. It was five Two of them like Mayo. I only got one. I called to address the issue. The young lady who answered the phone stated she would get her supervisor and disconnected the call Customer service zero ran new Location.

I had 2 orders through their delivery service, where they forgot the happy meal... so THREE times they've done this and made my daughter cry each time. This is ridiculous!! I try to call to complain and there is no number associated with this McDonald's on the interwebs. Never ordering from here again..

I’ve gave this place too many chances and since that African American lady took the store her management skills is horrendous! Then proceeds to slam the window in my face and refusing to provide my receipt and refund, mind you I came with a respectful manner towards her. I don’t get why Managemnt change but in the beginning when it first open it was fine. Oh yea and her name is Ashley
