  If I could give it a zero I would so unprofessional so rude and they should be mindful of what they say when guests around. Same rude manager from months ago. Corporate said try again since the last time they were cussing me out looks like nothing has changed months later.

  We were traveling from North Carolina to Fort Worth, TX when we stopped at this specific Arby's in Fort Worth for lunch. My wife and I were both impressed by the cleanliness of the restaurant. We were so impressed that I asked to speak with the manager just to tell her how much we appreciated the cleanliness of the place. The order was filled correctly and the food was good. A restaurant being clean means the difference between my eating there, and going to another restaurant. If it doesn't look clean, I won't even consider eating there. This restaurant was honestly the cleanest looking Arby's that I've ever seen! Keep up the good work!

  I didn't get anything. I ordered the sandwich plus 3 and asked to upgrade the drink to a large but the person at the counter said no they can't do that. I said if you can't handle a simple request like that you don't want my business. I won't be back.
