  Ordered via the app. Pulled into the correct spot and signed in. Waited 20 minutes and eventually had to go to the drive thru. Hotdogs had ketchup and mustard lol over the container and outside the bun. Sadly typical on Sonic. To be fair, it’s just fast food so shouldn’t really be surprised I reckon.

  Ordered a drink on the app. Checked in, after 10 minutes went to the walk up to ask them about my drink being my app said it was already picked up. They weren't busy and I could see at least 4 employees inside.

  This location has always been lacking, but today was it for me. Put in a super small lunch order, just a few little chicken wraps. Nothing else. Arrived on time. Waited. Waited some more. Waited 15 minutes PAST the order ready time (over 20 minutes sitting there), and finally had to leave because I was going to be late getting back from lunch. So, I’m out 10 bucks, wasted my lunch break, and got to watch a bunch of employees stand around inside doing almost nothing for 20 minutes. What a waste.
