  I have been here at this Sonic in Hallsville twice now and both times I was very displeased. First time, The carhop machine are mostly all broken and do not let you pay at them. The carhop waitress that waited on me was nice, but she had to make 3 different trips out to my car to bring me my food, return my bank card, and then my receipt, which I had asked for ahead of time. I did not enjoy the service and the food was okay. Second time, I decided to try it again but this time I would use the drive thru. I only was ordering a drink. The lady over the speaker could not understand me so she had me pull up and she came out to take my drink order. There was one car in front of me which took a little while to get their order completed. When I pulled up, paid with my bank card the cashier girl handed me my bank card but trashed my receipt (Yes, I witnessed her crumbling it up along with other one that was in her hand) without even asking me If I needed it. When I asked for it she said she would need to print another one, this took about 2 minutes for her to reprint the second one, because something either wasn't working with her login card she kept swiping or the register was messing up. She was not even nice about having to reprint my receipt that was her mess up in the first place. There was other cars waiting behind me as well, so when I was pulling away from the window I took my first drink of my drink and it was the wrong mixture but I said forget it I'll just drink it and be on my way. I will not be going back to this Sonic and that is sad, because it's on my way to the office and I really like all of Sonic's drink options. They are normally the best out of all fast food restaurants.

  The carhops were great, service was pretty slow for our larger order. Numerous smaller orders placed after ours were completed before ours, so it was probably a function of the quantity and make up of our food. They didn't include any of the sauces except for 3 fry sauce cups. Leaving out the marinara and ketchup. Burgers were on the messy and hastily assembled side but tasted good
